Unprofessional!! I needed to cash a check so called them to make sure everthing was ok before I went in, because I live far from the address. They told me over the phone to come in. When i got there they did not want to cash my check because my ID was from another city. I said what if i went to DMV and got a temporary ID and a proof of residence.. they still said no!! I used manage a financial institution similar and i never heard of not being allowed to use a temp ID along with old ID. There is difference between cautious and not knowing what your doing!!!
